Aristo Bikes Warranty

1. The warranty applies to commercial use.
2. Warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
3. FMI warrants the Frame against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the treadmill so long as it remains in the possession of the original owner.
4. FMI warrants the original parts against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years from the date of the original purchase so long as it remains in the possession of the original owner.
5. Labor is covered for the period of one year from date of sale. Durning the labor coverage FMI compensates authorized Aristo dealers or Aristo service agents within their normal service area for repairs at the customer's residence. Service provided outside of this normal service area will be charged a travel charge. (It is incumbent on the purchaser to verify whether customer's domicile is within the labor coverage area before purchase). Labor coverage is provided only if the work is done by an authorized Aristo dealer/service provider, or the Fitnext factory. After the one-year labor coverage expires the customer may either replace the component following proper procedures or hire the dealer/service agent to provide the labor at an additional cost to the customer.
6. The warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure caused by, or resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, improper assembly or installation, non-authorized modification, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in the owner's manual.
7. This warranty does not cover for damage due to disasters such as, but not limited to: lightning strike, floods, earthquakes, damaging storms, fires and other related disasters.
8. If the serial number is removed, altered, or defaced, this warranty is void.
9. Customer instruction, installation, setup or adjustments are not covered under this warranty.
10. This warranty does not cover service calls made to instruct owners on how to operate the product, tracking of run belt, how to maintain the product, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary care as outlined in the owners manual.
11. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be pre-paid before part will be shipped. Defective part must be returned to FMI before warranty part will be shipped to customer.
12. Warranty card must be signed by purchaser indicating that customer has read, understands, and agrees to abide with all the warranty provisions set forth above.
13. Any warranty replacement parts shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty term.
14. This warranty does not cover consequential, collateral, or incidental damages such as property damage and incidental expenses resulting from any breach of this or any implied warranty.
15. Keep your bill of sale. The serial number establishes the warranty period should service be required. If service is performed, it is in your best interest to obtain and keep all receipts.
16. Service under the warranty should be obtained by following these steps, in order
A. Contact your authorized Fitnex dealer

17. FMI will repair or replace the parts at FMI's option within the warranty period at no charge for parts. The owner is responsible for adequate packaging upon return to FMI. FMI is not responsible for damages in shipping, make all freight damage claims with the appropriate freight carrier.
